Returns are accepted within 14 days of you receiving your order. Original shipping is non-refundable and the buyer must pay for return shipping. The item must be returned in the exact same condition it left us in order to receive a refund. If an item arrives to you damaged you will receive your choice of a replacement at no cost, or a full refund for the item, plus a partial or full refund of shipping determined by the weight of your entire shipment.
